Additional Information
To ensure the ashes of your pet, and only your pet, are returned to you, we have carefully developed our 7-Point Pet Tracking system to provide complete transparency throughout every stage of the cremation process. We assign a unique identification number to your pet at the time of booking and create an ID tag that contains your pet’s details (name, breed and location). This ID tag follows your pet throughout their journey and is checked and double checked at many points throughout the process so you can be absolutely sure that you are receiving your pet’s ashes.

If your pet passes away suddenly at home, we will always endeavour to get to you as soon as we can; however, there are times when we are just not able to get to you as quickly as we would like. In this case, we will recommend one of our local vet partners you can take your loved one to, who will care for them until we can bring them into our care.
Private pet cremation is for pets up to 100kg. Livestock 100kg and under may incur additional fees.
All pets and livestock over 100kg will require a Horse & Livestock cremation service horse/livestock cremation service. Livestock is classified as farm type animals such as horses, cows, alpacas, goats, sheep, pigs. The classification of animal is at the discretion of Patch & Purr. Please speak with our Care Team for livestock and horse cremation costs.
Cremated ashes are returned to vet or home during business hours.
All pets are cremated individually.
Transfer of the deceased pet to/from home incurs a $150 charge. Transfer fees for after-hours, weekends and Public Holidays start at $200.
Viewings are only available at our Morisset location.
Our ‘Platinum Service’ cremation option ensures the ashes of your pet are returned to the family within 24 hours of your pet coming into our care. ‘Platinum Services’ are only available Monday to Friday and for pets up to 100kg. The pet must be in our care by 12pm that day. This incurs an additional fee of $400.
The return vessel available in the standard pet cremation is a choice of either a drawstring pouch or scatter box. No other vessels are included.
The return vessel can be upgraded to any urn or memorial box at an extra cost. Vessels include personalised engraving unless otherwise stated.
Keepsakes, memorial items, and jewellery items are all available at an additional cost.

We no longer accept cash payments; however we have EFTPOS, Direct deposit or ZipPay as effective alternatives.
